Queen Beatrix International Airport speaks of an island that has moved with the times in modern aviation since a hydro aircraft first touched down on the waters of Oranjestad’s Paardenbaai Harbor in 1925.

In 1988 the Aruban Government and several private parties joined forces to establish a new bank catering to the needs of the rapidly growing tourism economy.

Join the daily AA meetings taking place at various times. In the Noord area, close to the hotels, meetings are held daily (except Sunday) at 7:30 a.m. Call for their weekly schedule.

Located in the main terminal at the airport, ticket counter hours are from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check-in is from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
