Events & Happenings

This island is a full-blown fabulous flurry of festivals, special events, great galas, and musical blow-outs all year-round. There’s seldom a month, much less even a week, when there’s not something cool happening centering on sports, nature, art, culture, fashion, or the sea! And where else on the planet can you find an International Beach Tennis Tournament? Now in its fifth year, the Aruba International Film Festival, will be held in July; dates coming soon. Find out what’s going on where with our listings below, but don’t forget that regardless of when you are on island there are always two distinct and colorful outdoor parties to enjoy every week! The Bon Bini (Welcome) Festival at Fort Zoutman every Tuesday and the Carubbian Festival in San Nicolas every Thursday which gives visitors a tempting taste of Aruba’s famous Carnival that lasts a full two months through February and March each year. Enjoy!
