Philips Animal Garden

Founded in 2009, this nonprofit organization focuses on rescuing and rehabilitating exotic animals. Most importantly they do not rely on governmental support. They do however receive resources from tours, theme-days and donations.

Their aim is to guarantee the well-being of the animals in several ways. They hope to upgrade their facilities to a world-class animal shelter providing veterinary care with regular check-ups and vaccines for their animals with round-the-clock care given by their staff.

The safety and cleanliness for the environment (habitat) is also equally important. Finally, they want to establish specific diets and regular maintenance to guarantee the health and longevity of each species.
Opening hours 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Admission fee.
