In Holland it’s called an Eetcafe because you can enjoy different dishes every day in a friendly ambience as you savor your favorite beverage. All-you-can-eat ribs on Wednesdays and Saturdays for $15.

Hyatt Regency Aruba’s signature restaurant, Ruinas del Mar (Ruins by the Sea), offers contemporary cuisine in an open-air atmosphere. Menu items such as fresh seafood and steaks, hearth oven specialties, and a display of multiple food stations are offered during breakfast, Sunday brunch, and special events. Don’t miss their Sunday Champagne brunch.

You must try their homemade poffertjes (tiny silver dollar pancakes) or their sweet or savory crepes. All homemade from an old family recipe, this restaurant is a family favorite.
