Shopping

Shopping

A major trade center for centuries, Curaçao provides shoppers with exceptional merchandise from around the world. With unique architecture and historic buildings, the capital city of Willemstad offers an extraordinary shopping ambience and experience.

The main shopping areas are the city’s commercial centers of Punda, Otrobanda, and Salinja. Shopping centers of note include Renaissance Mall, Zuikertuin Mall, Promenade, and Bloempot.

Spanning 57 acres, Curaçao’s Harbor Duty Free Zone is the largest duty-free zone in the Caribbean and home to some tremendous deals on imported electronic equipment, china, crystal, jewelry, linens, and perfume. The majority of companies in the zone are trading companies that distribute products from the United States, Europe, and Asia to the Caribbean and Latin America, so you save by getting your deals from the source. Note that anything you purchase in the Duty Free Zone must be shipped directly to your home or transferred to your outgoing ship or flight.

Explore this section to discover the retail treasures of Curaçao’s best shops and boutiques.
