This island is a full-blown fabulous flurry of festivals, special events, great galas, and musical celebrations all year-round. There’s seldom a month, much less even a week, when there’s not something cool happening centering on sports, nature, art, culture, fashion, or the sea! Find out what’s going on where with some of our listings below. And take note of the following distinct and colorful events: Mardis de Grand Case every Tuesday from January 21 to April 9, where local food, music, and art take over the main street on the French side of Grand Case. The Art Lovers Weekend taking place in mid March; the galleries and studios of local artists across the island are open to art lovers from near and far. In early April and August, the Shopkeepers’ Fair in Marigot with more than 100 shops, stands, lots of bargains, and a great atmosphere! Enjoy!
